Effective as of January 1, 2022

  • Order cancellations are accepted within 30 minutes of placement. To proceed with the cancellation, kindly respond to your order confirmation email or fill out this form for communication. Once we receive your email, a cancel confirmation will be sent out, and an immediate refund will be issued.

    If you already received an email with tracking number, that mean your order has been shipped. Please note that we are unable to make any changes once the order has been shipped. 

  • All orders will be processed very quickly and shipped in its grow pot without disturbing their roots before shipping.

    We strongly suggest upgrading your shipping to UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air to reduce transit time as much as possible and to prevent plants from getting cold damages or heat stresses.

    All orders will be shipped Monday through Wednesday. If placed after 1 pm CT on Wednesday, your order will be shipped out the following Monday

    Please note:

    1) If you already received an email with tracking number, that mean your order has been shipped. Please note that we are unable to make any changes once the order has been shipped. 

    2) We are not responsible if you forget to add a heat pack and your plant arrives with cold damages.

    3) We are not responsible for shipping delays, losses, shipping box damages caused by the carrier & weather conditions.

    4) We are not responsible if the order is sent to the wrong address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before clicking Submit/Purchase button. If you have already submitted your order, please double-check your shipping address from the order confirmation email and contact us if something is wrong.

  • Returns, refunds and exchanges are not available due to nature of shipping live rare plants & limited inventory. We always do our best to ensure the plants arrive in perfect condition but we can’t control once the plants leaves our hands. All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

  • As we stated in Returns/ Refunds/ Exchanges Policy, we are not responsible for shipping delays, losses, shipping box damages caused by the carriers & weather conditions.
