Meet Kim,

A talented and passionate cake decorator with a love for creating beautiful and delicious cakes and cupcakes. With a baking journey that began in 2013, Kim has honed her skills over the years, delighting numerous individuals with her artistic creations that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate.

However, when the pandemic in 2020 brought unforeseen challenges to the food industry, Kim found herself unable to continue her baking endeavors. Undeterred by the circumstances, she embraced her love for nature and turned her attention to the world of plants. Kim immersed herself in the realm of plants, exploring their diverse varieties and discovering a particular fascination for rare and unique specimens.

Since then, Kim has nurtured her passion and dedicated her efforts to the growth and development of TL Plant Studio.

Our journey began with a recognition of the challenges arise from importing plants from different countries. As the result of importing, the plants are pretty weak upon arrival due to loss of roots,  dehydration after a long transit time, or chemical treatments that strip out all soil and pests to meet entry requirements for the United States.

At TL Plant Studio, we prioritize the well-being of our plants above all else. Therefore, an extended period allows us to provide the necessary nurturing environment for their recovery. We understand that regrowing roots and waiting for them to produce  new leaves can be a delicate process, and we are committed to offering the time and conditions needed for successful rehabilitation.

Furthermore, we are constantly sourcing unique specimens to offer a distinctive collection that will captivate the hearts of plant enthusiasts and collectors alike. Our commitment to providing exceptional quality and service has made us a trusted destination for those seeking extraordinary additions to their plant collections.

Growing Condition.

Most of our plants are growing indoor with light + temperature controlled at 73F, and between 70-80% humidity at all time to maintain theirs beautiful foliages. On the other hand, we still have plants acclimated to normal household condition, which is around 40-50% humidity.

Please read the description on each listing carefully, that is where we will let you know if a specific plant have its special needs.

All plants are carefully monitored and taken care of daily. Our website will be updated at least 2 times a week, either with new listings or images on existing listings.
